STEP (Support Training and Employment Project)

WE NEED PLACEMENTS FOR JUST 1 TO 4 HOURS A WEEK FOR OUR SERVICE USERS.

WHEN YOU HAVENT WORKED FOR YEARS THE PROSPECT OF A JOB CAN BE REALLY DAUNTING.

• We will match the person to the job
  
• Attend with them at the first session
  
• Carry out health and safety checks on the job
  
• Act as a go between and deal with any issues and if it does't work out we will provide a replacement worker to finish the job to your satisfaction

YOU CANT LOSE – GET THOSE NIGGLING JOBS DONE AND GIVE SOMEONE A CHANCE TO CHANGE!

Our Rates:
For voluntary work just 1-4 hours a week, unpaid.
For paid work just 1-4 hours a week – paid at £5.75 per hour up to a maximum of £20 per week. All payments made to us against itemised invoices.
