The Shrewsbury Christian Centre Association, which operates The Shrewsbury Ark, warmly invites its members and generous supporters in the community, to attend it's Annual General Meeting on:
July 22nd at 7pm. Online Event.
This is a chance for anyone interested in our work to find out more about what we do and our vision for the future of the Shrewsbury Ark.
Although our Constitution does not explicitly permit a General Meeting to be held electronically, we have taken advice from the Charity Commission and are agreed that an online AGM is, under COVID circumstances, the optimum way of satisfying the legal requirements of a timely AGM and submission of Accounts.
